Applying to The HCN

Thank you for your interest in joining The HCN and supporting its work.

The following are the basic requirements to join The HCN’s roster of coaches:

• International Coach Federation (ICF) certification or EMCC EIA certification

• International development experience and the enrollment in an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP)

• Ability to provide at least four hours of pro bono coaching within a calendar year.

As a member of The HCN community, you will have access to:

• A global network of nearly 500 coaches

• Periodic HCN community webinars

• Exclusive learning and development experiences

• Coaching supervision (optional)

NOTE: The HCN is actively and unequivocally committed to social justice and the elimination of global systemic racism and inequity. We warmly invite coaches to our network who share this commitment and are eager to join others in the ongoing individual and collective work required to combat racism in its myriad forms. The HCN’s Statement on Racial Injustice can be read here. We ask that you read it and decide whether you are in full alignment with the statement before submitting your application.
